Nickey is a multidisciplinary artist, designer, and fabricator.

With a post-secondary education in Media and Cultural Studies, a certificate in Joinery and Fine Furniture, and an education in Industrial Design, she has an expansive knowledge of materials, tools, and processes. She currently resides in Victoria, Canada, where she continues to challenge herself by seeking out unique creative opportunities.
